The accommodation comes with a satellite flat-screen TV. There is also a dining area and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. An oven is also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with a hairdryer in each unit. Towels and bed linen are offered.
Pompidou Centre is 1.3 km from Pick a Flat-Residence Saint Michel. Paris - Orly Airport is 13 km away.

自然雜誌（Nature）最新一期的研究報告指出，在澳大利亞北領地的卡卡杜國家公園（Kakadu National Park）考古遺址的新發現與證據，可能將改寫澳大利亞與世界歷史。
新的考古研究除了發現到已絕跡的古代巨型動物，同時還有澳大利亞原住民的遺跡，澳大利亞原住民可能早在6萬5千年前就已經居住在澳洲北部，這比目前已知最早的澳洲古代人類遺址早了至少1萬年以上。這是在卡卡杜國家公園內Madjedbebe岩石峭壁發現的，如今這裡也是Mirarr人的傳統土地。
研究報告作者Chris Clarkson表示：「澳大利亞的人類活動歷史年表將要往前推算2萬年，而在此生存的古代人們不僅極富創造力，還具有優秀的文化與藝術美感。」這裡發掘出世界上古老的石斧製造技術、澳洲最古老的種子研磨工具、以及可能用於製造石矛的精細石器。數量眾多的古代文物反映出澳大利亞原住民文化上的連續性。
此地曾經被澳大利亞政府授權給礦業公司進行鈾礦開採，20年前由當地居民發起反對採礦的相關抗爭活動，如今所有採礦行為已經停止。Gundjeihmi原住民組織執行長Justin O'Brien表示，新的研究發現證實了這裡原住民活動與文化的重要性、並且更加凸顯出保護這個地區的必要。
當地長老Mark Djandjomerr說他從小就與族人一同住在這裡，這裡對族人具有很重要的文化價值。May Nango對古代文化感到相當自豪，但也擔心如果採礦行為不停止，可能就無法保護當地景觀給下一代，「這個國度屬於Mirarr人，我們希望可以永遠維持下去。」
受到暑假工讀及畢業潮的帶動，以及夏季消暑商品需求增加，超商及量販業釋出更多人力需求。依據勞動部勞動力發展署「台灣就業通」就業服務資料庫統計，包括連鎖便利商店及量販店等「批發及零售業」新登記求才人數為 1 萬 5068 人，較上個月成長 3.63 %。

在行業別方面，以求才人數超過 1 萬人的成長幅度來看，表現最為亮眼的是「批發及零售業」，新登記求才人數為 1 萬 5068 人，較上月成長 3.63 %。隨著天氣轉熱消暑商品需求增加，各大超商、量販店進入夏日旺季，目前超過 3 成( 31.57 %)的職缺集中在第一線的「商店銷售有關人員」。全家便利商店、萊爾富、OK便利商店、統一超商、家樂福、大潤發、愛買、大買家、全聯實業等各大通路也積極徵才。例如萊爾富釋出英文翻譯人員、儲備區主管、行銷企劃人員、數位商務專員、設備採購人員、系統程式專員、門市人員等超過 400 個多元化職缺，其中英文翻譯人員負責接洽外國合作廠商的翻譯工作，工作經驗不拘，月薪高達 4 萬元；全家便利商店也大舉徵才超過 500 人，其中儲備幹部月薪為 2 萬 8000 到 3 萬 7000 元，負責店舖經營管理，透過基礎店舖經營培訓歷練，未來有機會晉升至副店長、店長、高階主管或往其他職務發展。
為縮短求職等待期，勞動力發展署建議畢業生要加快求職腳步，目前台灣就業通線上不限工作經驗職缺數超過 10 萬筆，建議新鮮人多加把握機會。民眾可隨時上台灣就業通網站(www.taiwanjobs.gov.tw)查詢更多徵才活動訊息。
