For check-in on Sunday or after 20:00, please go directly to the apartment. A mandatory EUR 20 check-in fee will apply for check-in at the apartment.

北韓上月29日發射飛彈飛越日本上空、3日又進行氫彈試爆，引發國際社會撻伐。日本媒體報導，多家中國大陸多家大型國有銀行，停止北韓人開設新帳戶、匯款等業務，讓北韓業者因為付款困難，導致中國大陸輸往北韓的石油製品，數量驟減。
根據日本共同社報導表示，遭到大陸裁措施的對象，除持有北韓護照的人士，還可能包北韓駐中國大陸的外交與貿易人員，這是中國大陸的單邊措施，並非聯合國安理會的制裁決議。
報導指出，參與制裁的大陸銀行，包括吉林省延吉市的中國銀行、中國建設銀行、中國農業銀行等，北韓人在這些銀行的帳戶未被凍結，可以領取現金，但是不能轉帳或收款。
聯合國安理會將在11日開會，並投票表決美國提出的制裁草案。北韓中央通信社（KCNA）發布北韓外交部聲明警告華府，若其「針對更嚴厲制裁拼湊出暨非法又不正當的『決議』，朝鮮民主主義人民共和國（北韓的正式國名）絕對會確保讓美國付出應有的代價」。
聯合國安全理事會準備討論華府提出的新制裁草案，將是針對北韓所祭出的歷來最嚴厲制裁，內容除要求對北韓石油和天然氣供應開禁，也要求終止紡識品出口並停止對海外北韓勞工支薪，希望藉此切斷金正恩政權的收入。
